vConstruct, a Pune based Construction Technology company looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join its Marketing & Communications team. This role sits at the intersection of internal communication, marketing, and employee engagement.
You will work closely with the marketing lead to drive campaigns, create content, manage the social presence, and support internal initiatives shaping how the company communicates and engages with its people and audience.
What You’ll Do
Content & Messaging
- Write and refine copy for social media, presentations, emailers, and internal communications
- Translate technical or project-driven information into clear and engaging content
- Develop scripts, captions, and messaging for videos, events, and campaigns
Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute LinkedIn and Instagram content, including captions and publishing
- Coordinate and support creation of short videos, reels, and visual content
- Work closely with designers to ensure brand consistency across platforms
- Track and analyze engagement metrics to improve performance
Internal Communication & Engagement
- Drive internal campaigns and employee engagement initiatives end-to-end
- Plan and support the execution of internal events, newsletters, and screen content
- Ensure consistent messaging across all internal communication channels
Email & Campaign Execution
- Create and manage emailers for internal and external communication
- Support campaign execution across multiple touchpoints
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather content and updates
- Coordinate with external vendors such as photographers, videographers, and designers
- Contribute to campaign ideation and execution planning
Who You Are
- 1–3 years of experience in communications or branding role or a related role
- Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Engineering (with interest in communications domain)a related field
- Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, and basic content planning
- Comfortable using tools like Canva and PowerPoint
- Basic understanding of video editing tools like Premiere Pro or a willingness to learn
- Organized, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
