vConstruct, a Pune based Construction Technology company seeks a skilled, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join its Marketing & Communications team. If you enjoy creating clean, engaging visuals and want to shape how a construction technology company communicates its ideas, this role gives you that platform.
You will work closely with marketing, content, and internal teams to translate concepts into high-quality visuals that strengthen our brand, campaigns, and internal culture.
What You’ll Do
Visual Content Creation
- Design static graphics/visuals for company social media platforms like LinkedIn Instagram and WhatsApp posts, emailer banners, custom layout for presentations, and internal screens/TVDisplays
- Create polished, on-brand layouts for brochures, case studies, banners, and marketing collateral
- Handle basic video editing, motion graphics, and animations where required
Contribute to the visual design of newsletters, reports, and digital assets
Campaign & Event Support
- Visual design for marketing campaigns/events and internal initiatives
- Design branding kits, event collaterals, presentations, and digital displays for town halls and events
- Translate campaign ideas into cohesive visual systems across touchpoints
Brand Consistency & Collaboration
- Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all communication channels
- Collaborate with content, social media, HR, and leadership teams
- Participating in campaign planning and bringing a strong visual perspective to ideation
Who You Are
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, marketing design, or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva
- Working knowledge of video and motion tools like Premiere Pro or After Effects
- Strong eye for layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
- Able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable taking feedback and iterating quickly
