vConstruct, a Pune based Construction Technology company seeks a dynamic and detail-oriented Admin Executive.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and execute daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Managing and tracking IT and non-IT assets, including procurement, allocation, maintenance, inventory control, and lifecycle management to ensure optimal utilization and compliance.
- Manage business travel, including domestic and international flight, hotel, and cab bookings.
- Handle visa applications (USA B1/B2, L1, and other countries).
- Support employee corporate health insurance processes.
- Guide visitors with office entry access and maintain visitor protocols.
- Coordinate office-related activities and vendor interactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update traveler databases and records.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of proven work experience in office operations or administration.
- Ability to handle activities independently with a proactive learning approach.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and compliance requirements.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Prompt, responsive, and detail-oriented.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business administration, or related field.
- Any added certification in office management or administration is a plus.
