Front End Developer- CF
vConstruct, a Pune-based Construction Technology company, is seeking an experienced React Developer with a strong focus on application UI/UX to join our team. The ideal candidate will contribute to building high-quality, scalable, and performant web applications. We are looking for someone with proven expertise in React.js and modern front-end technologies, combined with a keen eye for UI/UX and exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React.js and related libraries.
· Design and implement React architecture best practices, including component-based design, hooks, and modular code structure.
· Implement state management solutions such as Redux or Context API for predictable and maintainable application state.
· Configure and manage navigation and routing using React Router or similar libraries.
· Ensure robust exception handling, session management.
· Integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless data flow between front-end and back-end systems.
· Implement security best practices, including JWT authentication and SSO integration.
· To be able to optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility, ensuring fully responsive UI.
· Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
· Conduct code reviews, write unit tests using frameworks like Jest or similar, and maintain high code quality standards.
· Collaborate with product stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into user-friendly designs.
· Able to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
· Design responsive interfaces optimized for multiple devices and platforms.
· Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs.
· Ensure consistency in design elements, typography, color schemes, and branding across all products.
· Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development tools and UI/UX design.
Requirements
· 3+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
· Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
· Experience with UI/UX design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
· Proficient working knowledge in state management (Redux, Context API).
· Knowledge of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.
· Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON.
· Understanding of version control systems (GitHub, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps).
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Good to have C#, ASP.NET, SQL, SharePoint and Azure knowledge.
· Good to have experience with developing and deploying solutions for Azure.
· Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills, including the ability to communicate complex, technological concepts clearly to all levels of the organization
Education
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science/information technology or related field
- Equivalent academic and work experience can be considered
