In a short span of time, the team has grown to 20 and has built 6 solutions that solve real world problems in construction management workflows for various vConstruct teams. These solutions also hold a potential for similar users in the construction industry beyond vConstruct. The team has also come up with the initial prototype of the industry leading product based on the theme of BIM enabled integrated workflows.

vC Labs team seeks a Front End Developer to develop our critical Enterprise Applications. A successful candidate will be part of a cross-functional team that will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle – from the conception to the deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development
- Build responsive, scalable web interfaces for core features:
- Schedule visualization and interaction
- 3D models and 2D sheet interactions
- 4D simulation viewer (timeline + controls)
- Data-heavy dashboards and workflows
- Translate product requirements and wireframes into features
Engineering
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code
- Integrate frontend with APIs and backend services
- Optimize performance for large datasets and real-time interactions
- Handle state management for complex UI flows
Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers
- Participate in feature discussions, sprint planning, and reviews
- Contribute to improving UX through feedback and iteration
Quality & Performance
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility
- Write unit and component tests
- Debug UI issues and improve performance bottlenecks
Must-Have Skills
- Experience with React (preferred) or similar frameworks
- Good understanding of:
- HTML5, CSS3
- Responsive design
- REST API integration
- Familiarity with state management
- Experience with modern build tools
Good-to-Have
- Experience with:
- Timeline/scheduler libraries
- Data visualization (charts, grids)
- Using AI tools for development like Claude
- Exposure to 3D/web graphics:
- Autodesk Forge Viewer / APS Viewer
- Understanding of performance optimization for large datasets
- Experience in SaaS product development
