vConstruct is seeking a beginner-level architect to join their prefabricated system group to support their engagement in the design development, coordination, and construction of exterior façade systems. This role would entail working closely with the onsite team to convert exterior façade design intents into a prefabrication-friendly approach through design coordination, detail development, and the production of construction deliverables.
Primary responsibilities include
- Architectural modeling of exterior facades and pursuit models for the selected scope of work.
- Supporting development of technical details for prefabrication of different types of exterior systems.
- Developing shop drawings for prefab scope.
Skills and experience
- Experience - 0–1 year. Freshers can also apply.
- Previous project or freelance experience would be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with architectural modeling and documentation using Revit is mandatory.
- Familiarity with working on Revit families and parameters would be an advantage.
- Attention to detail to develop quality deliverables.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and team player.
Candidates are required to share a portfolio showcasing work samples developed using Revit.
