What You Will Own

Project Delivery and Execution

•      Own the delivery of workflows across planning, estimating, coordination, project management, prefabrication, or construction engineering.

•      Build project execution plans and manage schedules, budgets, and resources.

•      Spot risks early and resolve issues before they escalate.

•      Uphold quality while driving efficiency and continuous improvement.

Client and Stakeholder Partnership

•      Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.

•      Clarify expectations, remove ambiguity, and ensure deliverables align with project goals.

•      Build long-term trust through technical excellence and proactive communication.

People and Team Leadership

•      Coach team members on workflows, technical problem-solving, and client communication.

•      Provide constructive feedback and support career growth.

•      Strengthen team culture across locations and disciplines.

•      Forecast work, plan resources, manage transitions, and communicate hiring or training needs.

Process Development and Innovation

•      Lead adoption of new tools, BIM platforms, automation, and AI/ML-based solutions.

•      Partner with innovation teams to design and pilot better workflows.

•      Capture lessons from field and digital workflows to enhance processes.

•      Contribute to organizational standards by sharing best practices.

A day in this role

The day starts with a simple overview of what matters most. You look at deadlines, upcoming tasks, and any risks that need attention. Short client check-ins help confirm what is on track and what needs adjustment. You review plans and models to keep the work accurate and aligned. You spend time with cross-functional groups to make sure information moves smoothly and teams stay coordinated. You assess resources and upcoming workload to understand where support is needed. You explore new tools or automation ideas that could improve how the team delivers. You close the day by capturing key learnings and sharing them so the team continues to improve together.

What You Should Bring

•      A degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.

•      6 to 12 years of experience in planning, estimating, project execution, BIM coordination, prefabrication, or similar areas.

•      Strong capability in managing projects with multiple stakeholders.

•      Solid understanding of VDC and BIM platforms or project management tools.

•      Broad understanding of construction systems across civil, structural, architectural, landscape, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.

•      Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.

•      A mindset for innovation and process improvement.

•      A collaborative approach that strengthens teams and outcomes.
