vConstruct, a Pune based international construction technology company is seeking a passionate Marketing and Sales Intern for a SaaS product in the Construction Management space. We are seeking a dynamic intern with a Bachelor’s or Masters Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management, combined with a passion for leveraging technology to transform the construction industry. The intern will collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams to contribute to innovative strategies and business growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on marketing campaigns, CRM operations, and client outreach, while also engaging in sales pitches and event participation.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Marketing and Campaign Management:

  • Assist in creating and executing effective marketing strategies for product promotion.
  • Develop and manage email campaigns to reach target audiences.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
  • Conduct research on construction events and construction companies to identify potential marketing opportunities and outreach targets.
  • Assists in lead generation by participating in both offline events and online activities, utilizing various tools and techniques.

2. CRM Operations:

  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate data on leads, clients, and campaign outcomes.
  • Track and analyze customer interactions to identify sales opportunities.

3. Event Participation:

  • Represent vConstruct at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.
  • Engage with potential clients to showcase our products and services.

4. Sales Outreach:

  • Conduct outreach to potential clients through calls and emails.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering sales pitches tailored to client needs.

5. Collaborative Initiatives:

  • Work alongside the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment in strategies.
  • Share insights and contribute to the improvement of marketing and sales processes.

Qualifications:

Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Master’s in Marketing / Master’s in Construction Management.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent communication, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to travel as needed for sales and outreach functions.
    • Strong work ethics and can-do attitude.

Skills:

Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in using Canva for creating marketing materials and presentations.
    • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Marketing and Communication Skills:

    • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and tools.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client outreach and relationship building.
    • Creative thinking and ability to contribute to campaign ideas and promotional content.

General Skills:

    • Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
