vConstruct, a Pune based Construction Technology company seeks a Sr. Full Stack Developer to develop our critical Enterprise Applications. Successful candidate will be part of a cross-functional team that will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle – from the conception to the deployment.
- Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze business and engineering requirements related to structural detailing and construction workflows
- Design, develop, and customize Tekla Structures applications, plugins, macros, and extensions
- Lead the design and implementation of WPF-based desktop applications integrated with Tekla and enterprise systems
- Contribute to overall system and application architecture for both desktop and web-based solutions
- Develop and maintain full stack applications, covering UI, backend services, and data persistence
- Create high-level effort estimates and contribute to release and sprint planning
- Actively participate in sprint grooming, planning meetings, and technical discussions
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members, especially on Tekla APIs and WPF best practices
- Review code to ensure quality, performance, scalability, and adherence to coding standards
- Ensure timely delivery with high quality across sprints and releases
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including engineering, QA, and product management
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies related to construction technology, desktop applications, and cloud platforms
- Skills
- Minimum 3–6 years of industry experience in software development with strong exposure to Tekla Structures API
- Strong hands-on experience in C# and .NET / .NET Core
- Proven experience developing WPF applications (MVVM, data binding, custom controls, performance optimization)
- Experience building and maintaining full stack applications
- Backend experience with ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, REST services, and Node.js (good to have)
- Frontend experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as Vue or React
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, and clean architecture
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience in writing and consuming REST APIs and integrating desktop applications with web services
- Exposure to Azure / cloud-based solutions is an advantage
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools
- Experience conducting code reviews and maintaining coding standards
- Good analytical, problem solving, communication, and teamwork skills
- Working knowledge of Python will be an added advantage
Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree with specialization in Civil, Mechanical or Computer Science
